Pre and Post Natal

Exercises prescribed to maintain fitness and muscular strength during pregnancy. After birth a quality exercise programme to strengthen pelvic floor, lower abdominals and back muscles.

All mums can benefit from my expertise! All mums require specific exercise programmes, especially if you need support for;

Class one: Wednesday  9:30am to 10:25am @ Wylam Methodist Church

Class two: Wednesday 10:30am to 11:25am @ Wylam Methodist Church

A class designed to get your body functioning well after giving birth. Babies welcome.

£8.00 per session. Block booking required.

Buggy Blast

Forty five minutes of a core, strength and cardio work no matter what the weather! Come and have fun and burn some calories. Bring your buggy! You do not need to be fit to attend these classes.
