Exercises prescribed to maintain fitness and muscular strength during pregnancy. After birth a quality exercise programme to strengthen pelvic floor, lower abdominals and back muscles.

Class one: Monday  10:30am to 11:20am @ Wylam Methodist Church

A class designed to get your body functioning well after giving birth. Babies welcome.

£8.50 per session. Block booking required.
