Carefully selected exercises combining the principles of Pilates with current areas of research into muscle function and dysfunction, local and global stability and biomechanics to create a safe effective treatment and rehabilitation tool.

This class is open to men and women. It focuses on correctly activating deep postural muscles and improving posture and flexibility. This will enable the body to work more efficiently with minimal effort. This course is ideal for post-natal women people with back problems, or anyone wanting to improve core strength.

Do you want to move freely enough to play with your children as they grow? If “yes” then this class is for you!
A post-natal exercise class essential for all new mums, focusing on improving your pelvic floor & restoring your core strength.  Babies and toddlers welcome!

Men’s ‘Look after your body’ exercise class!

Tuesdays 8:00pm to 8:50pm

A Men’s essential exercise class, working on all the exercises that enable you to move more freely and stay injury free. Men’s bodies are different to women’s. They have a smaller pelvis, tighter hips and generally tighter hamstrings. This class helps to mobilize the spine, improve flexibility, posture and core strength.
